well time for an update... sorry ive been working the past few days and dont have much energy to put in the effort to update. besides, when i work i dont always have exciting news to update with anyhow. well, on to the real news...

ive been loving my nudies lately but am not quite sure if im exactly feeling the slimness in these. ive been browsing for another pair of jeans i might show some interest in and found the perfect pair (i think). i was kind of wanting some repro levis (known as lvc - levi's vintage clothing). i was looking at the 1967 505xx but after getting my new wallet from leathergoodsconnection and it being in the style of some redmoons, i decided that i should give some japanese denim a try. from what ive seen, i was really into skulls among all the other brands ive been looking at. maybe it has to do with the mere name of the brand, or just that the patches are amazingly rad? i dont know but from some of the pictures of wear on these jeans, i think this is going to be what i go with next. as ive stated, i havent been feeling the slimness of my slimjims, i figured id try to go with a slight bootcut this time as ive worn slim bootcuts before but the previous jeans ive had had just a little too much flare. the model ive been looking at is the 5508xx; i definitely want a raw indigo wash but dont know if im interested in the stretch model or not . but look at these puppies(!):

god damn, just look at the contrast and whiskers and fading and fuck! i need them, haha. makes me wonder what kind of wear went into these jeans, does this person work in them or what? casual everyday wear over many, many years? the jeans arent all that much (atleast to what ive spent on jeans so far) and i think they would be totally worth it. skull also sells a leather rope chain and ive been thinking of getting it to replace the leather lanyard/braid thing that came with my wallet because i havent been liking it much. the cool thing is you can just get an international order form and order from them straight up. ive also heard that they ship within a few days, probably faster than ordering most things within america. i took some pictures of the fading from my old levis that ill update with later.
